I'm Haley, and I built Carolina Compliance Solutions out of firsthand experience with insurance compliance — the kind that involves a high volume of certificates, constant renewals, and the very real awareness that one missed expiration could turn into a very expensive problem.
After years working in insurance administration and living that process up close, one thing became clear: there had to be a better way.
The idea that wouldn't go away.
The idea started with a realization that AI could handle what spreadsheets and email chains couldn't. When I told my husband about the idea, he didn't hesitate. He went out and bought me a laptop the next day and told me to go make it happen.
