Common questions,
straight answers.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime.
Will my subs actually send their documents?
Most do — because all they have to do is email their COI to coi@carolinacompliancesolutions.com. No login. No portal. No account. For subs who won't, you can forward the document yourself. Either way, it's in the system in seconds.
What if the AI reads something wrong?
Every extracted field is reviewable and editable. The original document is always stored next to the data, so you can check one against the other. You're always in control of what goes into your compliance record.
How long does setup actually take?
Most clients are fully set up within 1 business day. No onboarding call. No training session. No consultant.
I only have a handful of subs. Is this worth it?
Yes — even 5 subs means up to 15 active policies when you factor in general liability, workers' comp, and auto. That's 15 different expiration dates to track, 15 certificates to chase, and 15 chances to get caught without coverage. The risk isn't the number of subs. It's not knowing when any of them expire.
