Reply to the welcome email with your sub list — just names and email addresses. Any format works: Excel, Google Sheets, CSV, or even a plain list copied from an email. We'll have them loaded into your account within one business day.
Once your roster is loaded, the system sends COI request emails to each sub on your behalf. No portal, no account needed on their end — they just reply with their certificate.
