Audit season? Deep breath.
Insurance audit coming up?
Get your subcontractor certificates organized.
Your carrier's premium audit may ask for certificates of insurance for the subcontractors you paid. We sort what you have, show you what's on file and not on file, and put it together in one organized package.
What Audit Prep includes
Certificates sorted
Your certificates organized by subcontractor and policy term.
On file and not on file
A list showing which subs have a certificate on file for which dates, and where nothing is on file.
Missing paperwork requested
We request missing certificates from your subs and their agents.
Your audit pack
One folder per subcontractor, certificates in date order, and a summary list.
How it works
1
You send us two things.
Bring what you have
Any certificates you already have
Be ready to send us every certificate of insurance you already have for your subs.
Required
An export of who you paid
Send an export of who you paid during the audit period. Just the subcontractor's name and the date they were paid.
The payment export helps us show which gaps fall on dates a sub was paid. We can delete it once your pack is built.
2
We organize them and show what's on file and not on file.
3
We request the missing paperwork.
4
You receive your audit pack.
Built by someone who did this job by hand for two years. I know what breaks and what gets missed — because I lived it.

Questions about your audit?
CCS tracks certificate documentation. We don't verify coverage, give insurance advice, or determine what an auditor or carrier will accept. Those questions belong with your licensed insurance agent and your carrier.
